The United States Constitution has had controversial and outdated Supreme Court decisions that have punctured holes on the constitution of the country. Over time, they have made the law seem like an interpretive document that has conflicting and polarizing views. However, there has been several other decisions that have held the true spirit of the law emphasizing on its superiority.

The Fuller and Warren courts made precedents that shaped the course of history and also that showed the superiority of the Constitution. They also showed the potential loopholes that individuals or institutions would take advantage of to get things their way or rather to influence decisions.
