CASE ANALYSIS – METROPOLIS POLICE DEPARTMENT

The article describes the problem between the police and the community. There have been issues of the deteriorating relationship between the police and the community with the public accusing the police officers of brutality and impartiality. The police apply an authoritarian style of administration while dealing with the public.

It is an obligation of the human resource management to analyze the cultural dynamics of the public to serve and then include these demands to some of the requirements of job the application. Through this, the human resource management can go a long way to addressing the police-public crisis.
