Business ethics : The term ethics in the simplest and most basic sense refers to the aspect of what is morally acceptable and morally permissible in the human society. This means there are certain codes of conducts that are considered right and permissible while others are considered to be out rightly off and unacceptable.
In the business and work cycles, there are some behaviors that are considered to be good while other are a lot less. It is expected that people must do only things that the society would consider to be right and so is their own individual conscience.

In principle, this is to say that no wrong thing can be done in the right way. Thus, it is my opinion and belief that the fact that the boss asks a subordinate employee to lie and act in an unethical manner and form.
