Although, satisfying the customer needs and demands is still one of their goals, maximizing the sales is also considered to be a big priority. Business organizations shall, therefore, apply all the possible means to ensure they achieve their objectives as well as ensuring they maintain a competitive edge that is above most of their competitors. The solutions to the various issues and conflicts can be communicated in different ways. For instance, customers can be informed through leaflets that can be distributed at the shopping stores, or by sending emails and text messages. The owners of the stores can be informed about the solutions through the trade organizations or by the government under the Trade Department. The media can assist in communicating the solutions by advertising through televisions, radios, social networks, billboards, etc.
