Building a Strong Team; Team building helps the organization to realize it goals and objective since the employees are able to work together in unity. Where there is a strong team, each employee focus on achieving his/her part hence becoming more productive.
The first step involves organizing, planning, and structuring the department to its maximum potential. These will help in subdividing the department into sub-team with different goals. Each sub-team will have a leader to oversee the operations of the sub-team are run effectively. The selected leader should have the ability to handle individual issues in the group.
