Building a Strong Team; Team building helps the organization to realize it goals and objective since the employees are able to work together in unity. Where there is a strong team, each employee focus on achieving his/her part hence becoming more productive.

The first step involves organizing, planning, and structuring the department to its maximum potential. These will help in subdividing the department into sub-team with different goals. Each sub-team will have a leader to oversee the operations of the sub-team are run effectively. The selected leader should have the ability to handle individual issues in the group.

The second step is to create a mission statement that contains the organizational values and goals. The values and goals in the mission statement

This interview focuses on gathering a person’s past behavioral information. The interviewer asks unrestricted questions, which helps in determining the employee’s behavior in certain situations (Boyatzis, 1982).

These questioning helps the interviewer to ascertain the interviewee’s competence. As I conduct BEI, I would ask the potential employee to explain what makes him/her to think he/she best fits the position.
