Bench marking and efficiency and effectiveness of metrics
For an organization using IT systems, there are metrics are used to measure the system’s present performance according to the input and the output. The first metric is mean time to resolve an event like visiting the doctor, being served at the pharmacy or waiting for laboratory results. It can also measure how fast the system was at completing a task given to it, like finding the total, or displaying search results. It is an efficiency metric as it can be used to calculate the number of resources used in that task.
The second metric used in a social work career to measure performance is disk utilization; this is to show the amount of space in the hard disk that is occupied by data and the space that is available.

I was able to describe my benchmark values by brainstorming and analyzing the ways that would help me follow my plan consistently. I knew that these values were the support for my financial plan and without them, I would never meet my goals. The values came as a result of failing what I had planned for with my finances. After I received my income, I would spend it uncontrollably without planning for it.
I would find myself in a stagnant mode while not improving on developing myself financially. My income would be over before I had completed all the tasks I need to do with it.
