B.F. Skinner:BF Skinner, a renowned American psychologist, is credited for his work in studying behavior and specifically operant conditioning. Behavior of a person could be defined as an individual’s response towards any form of external or internal stimulus. The stimulus could be arising from environmental factors, actions from other individuals or even caused by animals. Operant conditioning is a state of learning where one changes his /her behavior based on the consequences that pertain to that particular behavior.
