American founding ideas:The bill of rights secures individual rights of every citizen, and it is a significant part of the constitution. The original constitution of 1787 had included few individual right, and the people needed more assurances that the government would protect their rights. The colonizers had made the citizens to mistrust the government, and people were worried that a strong centralized government would infringe their rights (Garry, 2012).

Hamilton policies as the treasury secretary played an important role in shaping current economy. As a nationalist, he increased the power of the central government, established the national bank and protected domestic manufacturing.
